BusyTwin keeps your Google, Outlook and shared calendars in step with private "busy" blocks, gives you a booking page that never double-books, and publishes one feed of your whole schedule.
Free during the beta. No credit card.
Each event gets a private twin in your other calendars. Only "Busy" is shared unless you choose more.
One account, every calendar. People see you as busy everywhere, without seeing what you're doing.
Events in any calendar show up as private busy blocks in the others. Change or cancel one, and its twins follow.
Google and Microsoft tell BusyTwin the moment something changes, so blocks appear in seconds, not hours.
Share a link and let people pick a time that's free across all your calendars. Add approval, buffers and daily limits.
Every booking can get its own Google Meet, Teams or Zoom link. Or guests can bring their own link, address or phone number.
Publish a single subscription link with all or some of your calendars, showing details or just "Busy". Works in any calendar app.
Copies say "Busy" and nothing else unless you choose otherwise, per calendar and per direction. Private events stay private.
No downloads, and nothing to install on your calendars.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft on their own pages, or paste an ICS link. Connect as many as you use.
Keep it to "Busy", or copy titles, locations and meeting links in the directions you want.
Your calendars stay in step on their own. Share your booking page and let people find a time that really works.
Consultants with a calendar at every client. Freelancers with work and personal lives in different apps. Teams who need to see when you're free, but not why.
Google Calendar (including Google Workspace), Outlook.com and Microsoft 365, and any calendar that offers an ICS link, such as Apple iCloud shared calendars, school or team calendars. ICS calendars can be read, but not written to.
No. By default, the copies are private events titled "Busy". You can choose to copy titles, locations, descriptions or meeting links, separately for each direction.
Usually within seconds: Google and Microsoft notify BusyTwin as soon as something changes. ICS calendars are checked on a schedule.
Remove a calendar and the busy blocks BusyTwin created are deleted. Your own events are never touched.
BusyTwin is free during the private beta. We'll announce pricing well before the beta ends, and nobody will be charged without choosing a plan.
We're letting people in a few at a time so we can help everyone get set up. Tell us a little about how you'd use BusyTwin, and we'll email you an invitation link.
We'll only use your email for your invitation and important beta news. See our privacy notice.
